Wild Walks Forest Bathing

Forest Bathing+ Guide in Training
Based in Kent, UK, I am currently training with The Forest Bathing Institute (TFBI), the leading UK body for Forest Bathing+ research, training and events. The Forest Bathing+ Guide qualification is accredited by the CMA (Complimentary Medical Association).
Forest Bathing is rooted in the Japanese culture of Skinrin-yoku - shinrin meaning "forest" and yoku meaning "bath". A methodical practice of taking time in a forest atmosphere, slowing down, and connecting deeply with nature through the senses. A therapeutic way to de-stress and improve health and well-being.
During a 2-3hr mindfulness in nature session we take a slow, quiet, walk through woodland, engaging in sensory activities, to help participants unwind, deepen their connection with nature, and boost their mental and physical health. Participants also take away tips to explore in their own time in nature.
Public sessions coming to East Kent 2026.
